Connecting for life
Brink has various top-of-the-line machines for creating metal joints. These include furrowing, blind riveting, clinching, as well as gluing and insertion. Our specially-trained metalworkers make the most of these machines, because your product deserves the best.
THE RIGHT TECHNIQUE FOR ANY PRODUCT
In the furrowing process, we make creases in metal cylinders (round products). These creases are made for strengthening, embellishment and/or attachment purposes. We can make them on the exterior and interior.
In the blind riveting process, we fasten sheet materials together using blind rivets and pneumatic or hand-held tools.
In the clinching process, we make sheet joints using the sheet material itself. We also use a mould, which presses the two metal sections together. This technique is often used in making blind joints.
For gluing, insertion and other joining techniques, we will provide you with expert advice. The possibilities regarding these joining techniques are very diverse and customer-specific.
